[REVIEW]: MAC Peaches & Fleur Power Blush On

Who doesn't love blush on?

One blush will never be enough for us rite? Even the color doesn't really different and pretty similar, but you just wanna buy more and more and more till your mom suddenly doin some inspection and found that you have more than 10 blushes with similar color...

I never be a fan of shimmering blush, lil bit shimmer is good but just let the highlight doin the job to make my face glowing. I'm forever fan of matte blusher. MAC is one of brand that have a lot of shades and type of blushes. One of my favorite is MAC Sheertone in shade #Peaches and MAC Satin in shade #FleurPower.

MAC Sheertone PEACHES

OmyGod, i really love this color. I always love peachy orangey color, i think it's really really fit my yellow undertone. This blush offers a natural flush of color and absolutely perfect for daytime in summer or spring. Oh well, don’t be scared of the word 'Sheertone', because you can build up the intesity. The blush is a nice soft texture without being powdery or chalky. I think this blush would look gorgeous on any girl with yellow undertones just like me. Two swipe and you look blooming.

Here some swatch on my face.

MAC Satin FLEUR POWER

I love pink. I do love it, but i think pink just doesn't fit me well. Well everyone told me that i look good in pink but i dont feel confident when i use pink color. I bought this because i love the name, Fleur is sounds so lovely LOL.  I love the color, it's a warm coral-pink color. This blush makes me look like I have naturally rosy cheeks. It's very pigmented tho, so less is more.

Here some swatch on my face.

Do you guys ever watch GET IT BEAUTY. I'm pretty sure, that's one of your favorite beauty show. In one of their episode, they discuss about PINK VS ORANGE. Yoo In Na representative of ORANGE because she has warm skintone and IU representative of PINK because she has cool skintone. I'm sure i have warm tone so Peach that have orangey color fit me better.

So what's your team girls ? #TEAMORANGE or TEAMPINK?

[REVIEW]: NARS Soft Velvet Loose Powder

Being an oh-very-very-oily skin gal, I like trying out all kinds of powder's.
However, I am picky with them. Too picky i think.

NARS is one of my favorite brand. I have NARS Loose Powder, i wouldn't say that i hate it, but the packaging is really-really something. Too bulky (not your travelling buddy), and when you open it, your powder just so mess up, like all over the place. And yeah, i pick wrong shade, i pick #BEACH and it's turn out too yellow for my skintone.

So I decided to purchase NARS Soft Velvet Loose Powder and it's become one my HG product.

The packaging is excellent. It's NARS style classy, but also very functional. The loose powder sifter thing isn't spazz and doesn't dispense stupid amounts of powder at once. It also doesn't spill everywhere. It isn't too hard to get powder out, but it also isn't too easy, it's just right.

I pick shade #EDEN, and this is really perfect for my yellow undertones. To apply, I usually use a big fluffy brush (or a powder puff, or a beauty blender, if I’m using it to set concealer) into the jar, tap off the excess, then lightly dust that on my face.

Can you look at how amazing this powder. It's blur my super giant-pores (horray!) and smooth the texture of my skin.

[Review & Swatch]: Too Faced Melted Liquified Long Wear Lipstick

Who can resist beautiful lovely packaging? Who?

To be honest i can't. I'm a sucker for packaging.

Too Faced is one of brand who always spoil our eyes with beautiful packagings. Actually i want to have all of them, their pallete, blush on, foundation, lipstick, bronzer, and still many of them, but my wallet said NO :(

Last Christmas, my Santa Claus a.k.a le boyfriend  gave me this beautiful set, Melted Kisses. I'm so HAPPY eventhough i already knew he would gave me this LOLOLOL.

This set have four tube travel size in Nude, Peony, Fuchsia, and Berry. For spring 2015, Too Faced has added eight new shades. One of their new shades is Melon. I purchase it without thinking too much. So yeah, now i have five shades, Nude, Peony, Fuchsia, Berry, and Melon.

left to right: Nude, Peony, Melon, Fuchsia, Berry

The application of the colors was smooth, and each shade delivered even, opaque color that didn’t settle into lip lines or feather/bleed outside of the natural lip line.
It is easy to apply using the included sponge tip, or it also applies well with a brush.

Here some swatches...

One thing that i hate, it claims to be long-wearing but it isn't. It never "sets" or adheres to your lips so it wears off quickly and does not stay on. But it does give stain to your lip, so even after you eat or drink and you don't have time to re-touch, you're still ready to go.

So what do you think guys? Yay or Nay for this product?

First Post - How to Achieve Natural Big Eyes

Hi :) Welcome to my first post  My name is Febriana Florensia, but you can just call me Ria. I can say that i'm a beauty junkie.

I have tried writing a few times, but none of them worked out. Well, i'm pretty lazy to write or update the blog regularly. However, i love reading a lot of other's blog. And i guess this is what motivating me to start doing this, blogging :)

So yeah, this is my first post.

How to achieve natural big eyes.

Having a big, double eyelid is such a gift for asian-oriented girl. I mean, look at (almost) all girls in South Korea, they are obsessed with double eyelid. Thank God, i born with natural double eyelid eyes. Not so big but yeah you can tell me my eyes is not small. I used to pretty confident with my eyes, but when i'm growing up, i want bigger, deeper eyelid. Yeah such a human with no gratefull at all rite? LOL. That's why i always try to make eyes look bigger.

To achieve this look, I need only 2 product, eyelid tape and eyeliner (oh please don't forget circle lenses - but i'm not gonna talk about that in here). I love collecting eyelid tape, i think i have more than 10 brands. When i go traveling overseas, beauty haul is a must, and eyelid tape always be loyal member in my beauty haul. I promise that i will posting about eyelid tape for another next post.

This is one of my favorite eyelid tape, ChooSmile. I got it from Tammia. Well, i dont know about you but i never heard about this brand, but because i already what kind of eyelid tape that i have to buy, i just grab it to cashier.

I used 2 different type of eyeliner, liquid and pencil gelliner. Oh yeah, currently i love using brown eyeliner. Brown color achieve more natural look that black i think. Here i'm using The Face Shop Face It Eyeliner #02 Edge Brown and LA Girl Glide Gelliner #GP355 Deep Bronze.
